+ szarp-wx purpose is to view data, not to modify configuration/database
so it shouldn't depend on szarp-utils and it shouldn't contain ipkedit
+ deps copied from szarp-wx package, this should be cleaned up, but
ipkedit is already deprecated, so it's not really worth it
