    Add debian/NEWS and an entry for pythondmn-python3 · 16ea8109

    + debian/NEWS is the recommended way for letting users know about important changes
+ it must be named "NEWS" and not e.g. "NEWS.Debian", else dh_installchangelogs won't be able to find it and add it to binary packages
+ a rejected alternative: debconf notes, are discouraged for being overused, also they don't have the nice feature of being displayed only during a specific version upgrade
+ added info about transition of pythondmn to python3 - user will have to convert their script to python3
